Thoughts have their own way of expressions and that differs from person to person and across all ages.Strange are not the thoughts but n number of permutations and combinations of individual perceptions :).
It's not sociology or psychology masters subject to explore but a common observation that anyone who has sensitive side can make out.Sometimes we call it generation gap and sometimes we call it misunderstandings but actually its nothing just difference in perceptions and just a way two people feel about similar situation.
So If I am one of those who feel that I am misunderstood and not taken seriously I just chillax and try to enjoy other person's perspective.Its all in the mind and nothing just a mind game of a big jig saw puzzle.I had an option to try to understand them and invest whole lot of time to analyse that.
But I preferred polishing my skills of letting others understand my angle of perceiving things.
